Parking CEO
A top-down parking tycoon where every car drives itself. Design your own parking lot, manage it as it grows, and keep Parkville's traffic flowing.
Unlimited stay. No win condition.
Bankruptcy ends your visit.
The traffic drives itself
Parking CEO runs on a traffic simulation written from scratch for this game. No car follows a script: each one plans its route, watches the car ahead, reads the signs and finds its own way into a space.
Keeps its distance
Every car follows the one ahead with a real car-following model, so a hard brake ripples back down the lane the way it does on a real road.
Knows who goes first
Junctions are settled car by car: priority roads, all-way stops, right before left, and left turns that wait for oncoming traffic.
Reads the signs
Stop, yield and speed-limit signs change how drivers approach a junction and which routes they choose in the first place.
Takes turns on narrow roads
A single-lane road open both ways locks to one direction at a time, and the other side waits its turn.
Stops for people
Cars sense pedestrians on their path and at crossings, and hold back until they are clear.
Sometimes doesn't
Now and then a driver runs a stop sign, pulls out early or speeds. Others react: some near misses, some crashes, and traffic reroutes around the wreck.
Actually parks
Cars turn in, straighten up and reverse back out of every space. Nobody teleports into a bay.
The whole site plan
You start with a dirt plot beside a road. Everything after that is yours to build, run and grow, until the plot is a parking empire spread across Parkville.
Build
Lay out the lot
Grid building
Place roads, spaces and buildings with a ghost preview before you commit.
Roads that join up
One-way and two-way roads connect themselves into a network cars can drive.
Pay booths and gates
Place entry gates, exit barriers and pay booths, and decide how every car gets in, pays and gets out.
Pavements and crossings
Give people on foot their own routes to the pay booths and back, so drivers and pedestrians never end up blocking each other.
Flow
Keep it moving
Traffic that drives itself
The simulation above, running on every road you lay.
Customers with plans
Commuters, shoppers, tourists, event-goers, business travellers and VIPs, each with their own patience and needs.
Drivers on foot
Drivers and passengers walk off to pay and go about their day, then come back for the car.
Day and night
The rush hour, the quiet hours and everything in between.
